(“we,” “us,” “our,” “RCUSA”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with RCUSA’s website and any related services that we offer (“Services”). We are part of the Rakuten Group, which includes the affiliates and subsidiaries of our ultimate parent company, Rakuten Group, Inc., based in Tokyo, Japan.

If you are a business customer, we may collect Information relating to your beneficial owners, users, employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners. Where you provide us with personal information relating to others (such as beneficial owners of a business), you warrant that you have their consent to share the information, are entitled to provide the information for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, and you will inform the third party that you have provided the information to us.

RCUSA does not share a consumer’s personal information outside of RCUSA except in certain circumstances.

These third parties are contractually obligated to secure and refrain from disclosing your information that we disclose or otherwise entrust to them.

Do Not Track
RCUSA does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to monitor and review new technologies and will modify this Privacy Policy accordingly in the event of a change.
Notice Regarding Information of Minors
This site and any related services are intended for adults 18 years of age or over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information of consumers under 18 years of age.
Retention of Data
We may retain information about you for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described Section 2.
